Please do not do any exercise for your finger .your finger needs complete immobilization in extension for 6 to 8 wks. Turmeric has anti-inflamatory properties it can be safely taken in case of any injury. Having mallet finger injury does not necessarily mean you have weak bones. For strong bones take milk and milk products. And expose yourself to sunshine 15 min daily.
