From last 2 days I can feel so much of dust inside my ears and that dust formed into mucous due to which I can feel blockage of sound. Pls help me, this problem have occur before also. However this problem was solved before also after coming out all the dust by cleaning ears with ear buds. What should I do now? Why its happening to me ?what is the reason behind it?

Please warm some mustard oil - let it cool and pour few drop in both the ears before going to sleep for few days and you need not to do anything

There is no Dust .it's wax that are blocking your auditory canal.In case of Infection it can damage vital organs nearby leading to serious issues. Consult ENT specialist soon so he'll remove all wax hygienically under all aseptic precautions. Good Day.
