Hii. I am facing a problem on my face which become a redness and darkness. Am using a melalite cream from last since 9 month. So please will you suggest me what should I do remove this darkness.

First you have to stop using melalite cream. It contains mometasome, prolonged use of which can cause thinning of the skin, Rosales like symptoms, acne form eruption, excessive hair growth and more. It also contains hydroquinone which on prolonged use can cause oochronosis which may worsen the darkness and then it ll be very late to remove it, also it is carcinogenic. Use good sunscreen at day time and consult to a dermatologist for the treatment of hyper pigmentation.
