Acne problem. I can't get rid of acne. Now I'm using Adapalene Microspheres plus clindamycin phosphate gel and Isotretinoin (micronized) capsules for acne and skinless cream for scars. My acne cured but again it starts and not getting rid of scars. And I use D-acne face wash.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, most acne scars do not respond well to creams/ gels. It responds to procedures that can be done as a singular one or a combination. Various procedures such as chemical peeling, microdermabrasion,derma roller etc. Are available. It would be ideal if you consult your dermatologist who will be able to determine which procedure (s) will be best suited for your acne scars. I hope this answers your query!

May be you hv not taken medications for the prescribed time. Pl get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. Special trts like PEELS and lasers help to improve your acne and scars.
