I have a field job and I am out of my home for 15 days as traveling is also part of my job. My weight was 70 kg before 2 year and now I'm 82 kg. Even my lunch, dinner and sleep patterns are very unstable and many a times I can't spare time to lunch also. Even hair loss is also maximum from last 8 months. Kindly suggest.
