I am 22 years old my height is 171 cms. When I am doing gym stomach and butts are decreasing if I stop gym my stomach and butt sizes increasing after stopping gym. Even I don't have drinking and smoking habits and I don't eat non-veg except egg. How to control my weight and stomach and butt sizes?

We all are divided into three major body shapes. Out of three one is wider lower body shape types, so the people with this shape tends to put fat on butt and thighs. Don't worry exercise and walk regularly, also eat food with more protein that will keep you lean.
