My psa count is 8.11. There is no problem regarding passing urine. What is further course of action?

At 70 yrs 8.11 psa is nearly normal. Prostitis--uti or truama can cause this reading. Keep watch on psa level regularly. Surgeon by per rectal exam can tell it is normal. Or abnormal.
