Nowadays we get lots of tips on various websites about detox drinks to reduce fat. Such as cucumber. .ginger and lime water. Are they really helpful? Which fruits /food items would be helpful to reduce belly fat?

ya offcourse Pramila..its cucumber,aloevera,parsley,ginger,lime,all together with water very beneficial for belly fat..but should be continue. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. take high fibre diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices and water.. include fruits like guava,papaya,etc and vegetables like spinach,cucumber etc...
