I have been watching all videos on Youtube which made me believe that Egg yolks aren't bad for health. My question to you Doctors is, Are whole eggs bad for the one who does workout daily? Can I loose fat eating 5-6 eggs everyday?

hello Salman...1st main thing excessive intake of anything is bad for body..whole egg is not bad but should be taken in limited quantity due to high cholestrol in the body..so answer its that all nutritive diet should be taken according to this value limit..so you can eat 5 to 6 egg daily but check your cholestrol level monthly and with proper workout...
