for your height your weight need to be around 50 kgs. Do not think of depending on the medicines/dietary supplements for reducing weight because all of them harm your body, which you will not notice immediately but as years pass then they will come up. Only way is you need to have discipline and effort for reducing weight and no short cuts for that. first is food. take small and frequent meals. never skin breakfast. avoid sweets/chokolates/junk food/fried food/bakery product/meat. take only home cooked food but in small quantity and a give a gap of 4 hours for the next small food intake. in nonveg you can have chicken or fish. Next is exercise. you should have mornign walk/jogging/running/Gym for a distance of 6 kms every day. during the day be active. if you are working and chair bound then make it a point to get from work as frequently as possible. should have atleast 8 hours sleep. follow these and the change will occur over a period of time. do not expect any dramatic change, which is not good for health, change will occur over a period of time. good luck

Ideally your weight should be around 53 kg .you have to keep one thing in mind that when you focus on losing weight you should not ignore the diet required by body .you should plan your diet in such a way that you loose your weight without compromising the needs of body. The main concept is that when our calories intake is more than the calories burn then our weight increases. So you should do some physical exercise regularly its not neceesary that you go to gym for that you can do it at your home also but do regularly .you also need some change in your diet plan also.
