I am 20 years old. But I have giddiness some times. I hate food. But I don't know why. What is the reason?

Its very obvious that when you don't eat food you will fell giddiness. Start having small meal patterns instead of 3 major meals break them to 6-7 minor meals if your really hating foods then start with some high calorie milk shakes eg: banana with nuts and milk or any other fruits, eat boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, prunes juice etc.
