For low blood pressure.. instant solution is Coffee or Strong Tea. Also Nimbu Pani with lot of salt and sugar will help. Have small meals more frequently. Do yoga or exercise regularly. Drink a lot of water, lassi, buttermilk, coconut water daily. Reduce carbs like potatos, rice etc. Whenever you get up, get up slowly after moving your feet.
