Please Take Sprouted cereal like math moong chana etc daily Have milk twice a day Take ground nuts and jaggery daily Mix Soyabean 100 gms in 1 kg wheat, use this flour to make roti Use Multigrain flour ie mixing chana, Soyabean, to wheat to make chapatis Ok.
