Hello sir, I am 26 years old. My weight is 85. I want to lose my weight but even after lots of exercise and yoga my weight is still same. Please suggest me a way that I can decrease my weight.

If you have been doing exercises and yoga but still couldn't lose weight yet, then I would advice you to get your hormonal test done. Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance, a person is unable to lose weight. Then get a treatment for hormonal balance and then you would be able to lose weight.
