On the back side of my lower jaw one extra teeth is coming out and its paining a lot What should I do.

it is not your exrta tooth most probably be wisdom tooth. so permanent treatment of this tooth is extraction. for temporary relief you can do warm saline rinses.
If its the last molar (wisdom tooth) then pain occurs because of food stuck in the gums surrounding the erupting tooth creating a gum flap above the erupting tooth. Go visit a dentist in your area and get a check up done including a dental x ray. The probable treatment options could be cleaning the flap area, removal of gummy flap.
It could be the Wisdom Tooth. For temporary relief You can take pain killers but depending upon clinical evaluation if required, then Removal of the Tooth is Mandatory.
