I am 29 years old. Today morning I checked my sugar just after waking up and my blood sugar showed 375! I am shocked. I am little over weight and currently from the past few months I am going through office tensions and work. I do not have the urination problem but I am getting irritated in a short while. I am also getting a slight pain near to my liver. The last time I checked was 2 months ago and it was 140. Yesterday I had an unusual diet for dinner at a party which included white rice and other junk food. Please advice. I am not find of sweets and avoid all sorts of chocolates and sugar. The only source of sugar is tea which I consume twice a day. My diet basically includes margarine and white bread for breakfast, 4 chapatis for lunch and generally 3 chapatis for dinner or sometimes white rice. In the evening I tend to have 4 slices of bread with amul lite. Please help. Is it because of the stress and the bad dinner last night or is my sugar gone for a toss. Or, should I test again in a couple of days?
