I have problem in my knee joints. Whenever I fold my knee for a long time and open it, it starts to pain. How to get relief from it?

Hi Do not fold or bend your knee ,Learn specific exercise from skilled physiotherapist. Meanwhile take few precautions. Take hot water fomentation or if there is swealing in knee apply cold pack for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval. Do not ignore your knee pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for knee joint. Don't sit on floors. Wear knee cap open patella also. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum.
