I am a 31 year and my height is 150 cm, vegetarian. Over last 3 years during pregnancy and post pregnancy I gained weight and now I am 65 kgs. Which is 15 kgs overweight I guess. I started gym training for last 2 months. After doing hell lot of workout I am not losing even a single kg but just a few inches. I guess diet can be a problem. Can you please suggest.

Trying hard. But maybe methods are not correct. 1. Workouts need to be intensive. Out of 60 mins, 40 should be cardio and 10 for strength and 10 for abs and stretches. 2. Cardio means Treadmill at 6-8 kmph or Cycling at 30 kmph. 3. Maximum calories are burnt in cardio. But my observation of people doing gym is they spend max time doing crunches /sit ups thinking that will melt the belly fat. 4. Visit YouTube and see '7 mins workouts' 'Skinny Jeans workout' 'Hiit workouts' by Fitness Blender / Popsugar Fitness. 5. Those are the type of workouts you should be doing. 6. Also diet is important. Diet does not mean dieting. 7. It means eating nutritious and natural foods. 8. Simple foods. 9. Cut down oils and sugars. 10. Drink lots and lots of water. This will work. This will help you lose about 2 kgs a month. In six months you can reach your target weight. You can connect privately after changing your approach if you see some changes in 3 weeks. All the best.
