You suggest vegetable table oil in cooking and also suggest to avoid ghee and butter to loose extra fat, but now it is established that butter and ghee (ghee made from cow's milk a better choice) is good for overall health. Confusion?

You are not advised to consume saturated fats in obesity. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Consumption of Oil /Ghee has to be seen in context of calorie needs of a person. Earlier people would work in fields and eats Kgs of Ghee... yet remain free from heart diseases. Balance is key.. small quantities are helpful and healthy.
