There is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Coffee can reduce any weight.
These are all myths. There is no medicine or mix or herbs that can burn body fat.
Body weight is due to extra fat/carbs consumed which gets stored as fat.
This fat can only be reduced by burning it with Exercise + Light Natural Diet.
If you want to reduce weight
1. Download and follow a 1600 calorie diet plan.
2. Do 60 mins intensive exercise daily.
3. Walk a lot. Use steps instead of lifts.
4. Be more active.
