I was overweight, but I ate clean and exercised daily to bring by weight under the recommended BMI ratings. The problem that I am facing is that fat on my butt is not going and it looks really very awkward and distracting. I tried various glutes exercises but it simply increased the size of the muscle. Please suggest something. I am a male of 21 years. Height 5.7, Weight 62. Previously I was 85. And I am a veg.
