I am a 29 years old married girl. I am married for last 4 months. I have gained 10 kg of weight in last 8 months. My weight is 70 kg nd my height is 5'2" so please guide me to lose my weight nd healthy diet for strength.

when we eat more calorie then our requirement that extra calories deposit in body and store as fat.now a days our life style is mostly sedentary, less physical work.it is not about how much you eat.it is about which food you eat?if you walk 1 hour you can burn 250 K calorie where one samosa contains 350 K calorie.so all you need is proper diet and exercise schedule.
