Remove any entertainment or mobile laptops from your bedroom. Keep your bedroom only for the purpose of sleeping. Take food rich in carbohydrates but not spicy or junk food that upsets stomach. If you really need the tablet take it before going to the bedroom. Try to keep your bedroom dark and quiet. I think with theses changes in a week your brain will be trained to sleep. Make a sleep schedule, go to bed at the exact time. Dinner and playing with mobile or laptops should be stopped 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
