In order to reduce junk food consumption & deal with obesity: 1. You need to have small well balanced meals at 2-3 hrs intervals to avoid hunger pangs. Balanced meal- 1/2 plate- vegetables, salads, fruits; 14th plate-whole grain (multigrain atta roti/ brown rice/ dalia, suji/ barley/oats/ millets), 1/8th- low fat (double toned) dairy (milk/curd/channa/buttermilk/lassi), remaining 1/8th- lean meat (fish/chicken)/ 1 whole egg/ sprouts 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have regular sound sleep of 8 hrs. 4. Sleep & wake up early. 5. Exercise daily, take stairs instead of lift, walk/cycle instead of hiring transport 6. Have a slice of sweet fruit like mango/dates/banana/watermelon/jackfruit when you have sweet craving 7. Get involved in activities like badminton/ tennis/ squash/ aerobics/zumba dance/karate/cooking/cleaning/gardening, walking your pet 8. Avoid eating in front of TV/video game/while watching movies 9. Have healthy snacks whenever hungry- whole fruit, coconut water, ghugni, chila, roasted chana, makhana, sprouts chat, muri-chola, buttermilk, lassi, fresh fruit juice, salad, soup, stew, dhokla, khandvi, idli-sambar, plain dosa, uttapam, pongal, appam & stew, suji upma-sambar.

Hai stef Ur bold to reveal but not bold to stop food, most of the time people stop food or starve to reduce weight and end up in binging which is more dangerous. join in a swimming class and do aerobics, u will not reduce overnight, eating is very easy but reducing fat is very difficult, as u r very young u tend to grow tall and if u try doing exercises and food restriction like avoiding junk and taking simple oil sweet free diet God bless u try and tell me!!!
