I am 17 years old and I exercise daily but I am unable to loss belly fat. Tell me about this to loose belly fat. How it can be loosed?

1. Practice kapalbhati daily for min 1/2 hr along with toe touching exercise & crunches. 2. Avoid sitting continuously for more than an hr increase physical activity level by taking stairs instead of lift & walking/cycling instead of hiring transport 3. Use less oil in cooking 4.Avoid fried/sugary/junk/processed/ready to eat/canned food, alcohol, cold drinks, energy drinks, glucose, sweets, chocolate, ice cream.
