I'm weight around 80 kg. M 6 ft tall. Aged 22. Ma favorite food is chicken. But I feel I have been eating a lot of oily chicken items in the past few months . Eating too much of non veg will it cause a serious health problems? Can you pls suggest something so that I can loose fat around my stomach .

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, roasted lean meats. Drink plenty of water. Do squats and plank regularly. Thank you.
