Hello doctor, wounds keep coming on my mouth and tongue often. What should I do to reduce this?

It may be a result of B vitamin deficiency. Kindly include whole egg, fish, chicken, milk, curd, lassi, channa, buttermilk, lassi, nuts, oilseeds, whole grains (bajra, dalia, suji, barley, multigrain atta, brown rice) & whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, nutrella, peas, rajma) in your diet.
