How to overcome over thinking? I am 20 years old male. I am constantly thinking and getting worried. Mostly concerned topics are career, job, money, relationships, sex life, getting a good physique. I also agree to the fact of not being patient. I sometimes feel I talk to myself but may be that's what I think. I am confused and not on track as I used to be. I am about to complete my civil engineering and have left with no interest in this field. Parents suggest me to try for UPSC. I lost my friends due to my ego. May be I don't have anyone to talk to. But as I get anyone, I do not feel like trusting. I am sorry for lengthy details. Your help is well anticipated. Thank you.
