Feeling of hard lump in the throat. Following is how lung cancer symptoms present - a. Chronic cough (early symptom) b. Fever, c. Loss of appetite, d. Loss of weight, e. Hemoptysis (cough with bloody phlegm sometimes), f. Hoarse voice (sometimes), g. Pain in chest, h. Night sweats, i. Breathlessness, j. Clubbing of the finger nails hope this clarifies. Take care.
