Hi, you can't jump to final conclusion of cancer as there should be systematic pattern to be followed as per the set of symptoms for any conclusion. Apart from local symptoms caused by the growth, there are systemic symptoms which includes: unintentional weight loss, fever, excessive fatigue and changes to the skin. Simple injury of any kind of deficiency can cause it.
