My son told after every food I am taking a banana, is no good and this practice going since my childhood, I am not been effected with any discomfort, what about this, shall I continue?

banana is a fruit and there is no harm in taking it with every meals. but it has a mainly carbohydrates that may not be so much of a good choice if you're a diabetic or trying to lose weight. best time to eat is during day time especially afternoons.
