Sir some says it is dangerous to use two different oil in a single vegetable while cooking it is not good for health point of view is it truth or myth please guide.

False! but use any oil sparingly. Remember this : "Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease." - courtesy BG 17.9
