I am age 26 working in Private bank as officer height 175 cm and weight 115 kg has habit of masturbation for 16 years for at least one daily . I would like to knew will it leads to weight gain and diabetic or any disease .I can't control my sexual desire on seeing women's.I am facing head ache at top center of head from 14 years .I am getting memory loss frequently. Kindly advice what to do . Suggest me what's the type of medical advice you prescribe me and Is it good to take any full body test if you suggest me.

Your masturbation ahs nothing to do with weight gain or diabetes. The headache you have is probably because of guilt around the masturbation, and for 14 years is stretching it too long. You should have reached out a lot earlier and been free from so much of torture from the guilt. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age, you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact.
