So doctor, you mean the packed milk in stores which is not being refrigerated for months, doesn't contains any kind of preservatives. It is same as natural milk but without fat.

Packed milk is refrigerated & use by date is mentioned on each packet. It is pasteurized to kill microorganisms. So no need of preservatives. Fat content depends on type of milk. Highest in cow milk followed by toned, followed by double toned, followed by skim milk. Tetra pack milk is also well sterilised & refrigerated.
