Which test helps us to understand status of kidney function as I want to know kidney is working normal or not other than creatinine and blood urea? As my creatinine is increased to 1.1 from 0.75 and urea to 21 from 10 in 4 months. Thanks.

Please have plenty of water daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food Avoid non veg food Avoid salty diet Wake up early go for morning till good sweating Do pranayam and yoga daily Take Gokharu kadha 15 ml twice daily with water Syp Punarnavasav 15 ml twice daily with water Check your creatinine and urea after 1 month following above points
