Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. I would advise you to try the following natural steps that may help reduce the inflammation and possibly prevent a recurrence as well - (a) streamline your diet. Include more of leafy greens and fresh fruits including red grapes. Minimize intake of spicy, oily, fatty, and high calorie foods including fast foods. (b) stay hydrated well. Take at least 8 to 10 glasses of filtered water daily (c) avoid constipation at all costs. Exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes. (d) take'sporlac' (probiotic) tablets once daily for the next 21 days. (e) take'haridra' (himalaya) capsules 250 mg, twice daily for next 1 month after food. (f) take 250 ml of fresh pineapple juice (unsweetened) daily. (g) do not squeeze the cyst for it may be painful and lead to infections/ inflammations. Nevertheless, you should consult an experienced dermatologist/ cosmetologist here and seek his/ her opinion on the way forward, as well. You may also decide to remove the bigger ones through surgery should you find them causing inconvenience. Now a days, laser surgery is known to minimize invasion and helps reduce the overall scar length to inconspicuously small, about a third of the cyst diameter. However, it does not guarantee a recurrence or permanent cure though. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely.
