Can I take MRI tests to diagnose dementia ? What are the other tests to diagnose it ? I am 18 year old I have a doubt that I may have a kind of dementia?

I don't think you have dementia. If you think you're forgetful that's because you have issues with concentration or simply that you don't find something so interesting that your mind bothers to keep it. So, work on your concentration, do meditation. Dementia is common in old age. You're too young to think about that. To answer your question yes, mri do show the pathologies that may cause dementia.
