I will be of 18 in this November but still my penis is fully covered with the foreskin like in younger age. After ejaculation also it gets filly covered. Nd I have heard that this is an issue .this can cause problem during sex. Does it is the condition of mature penis? All under 18 have mature peni that are not fully covered by foreskin. Pls tell me what to do now.
