My dietary routine: 6 bananas in the morning, used to have rice in lunch time & after heavy workout at gym in the evening (doing heavy lifting at gym since last six years), used to have 3 eggs & cow's milk (pure milk). At night at dinner used to have chappatis (8-10 roti) regularly. My question is: am I going at a right track in terms of better health & fitness is concerned or do I need to reduce the number of bananas or eggs I consume per day? My 2nd question is: with this dietary plans am I meeting all compounds like required protein, carbs fats vitamins required per day. Do I need to add "amino acids supplements" because im a vegetarian & a regular gymer (body builder).

1. Nopes. Just have it as regular you having it. No need to change it at all. 2. If possible you can add. It will be like" sone pe suhaga" something like that. No harm in adding that. Take care while in track.:)
