You must have adopted extreme weight loss diets in order to lose 12 kgs in a month. Theres quite a possibility that you have lost your lean muscle mass too, which in turn decreases your body metabolism. A consistent fat loss of 2 - 3 kgs a month is a ideal way to lose weight. This also ensures that you do not regain the lost weight with good lifestyle and exercise regime. With your current diet plan you might lose weight, but be aware that there are full chances of regaining once you are'off' the diet!
