I am 37 years old. I have a dark brown colored birthmark on my left eye. The skin colour of eye lid and some portion of forehead is dark brown. Is there any way to remove this scars. If I go for cosmetics surgery what is the risk as it is very close to eye. What is the approx cost for the surgery.
