I am suffering from lots of stress I am not able to be happy my mood changes suddenly. I am trying a lot to be happy but lots of things are going in my mind. I always feel to cry. Please help me out.

Hello Lybrate user. dealing with stress is very difficult. one always fight to come out of it. But for fighting it out, we should know the reasons for the stress. try identify those reasons is it because of work load, lifestyle change, some dreadful event happened. identifying the cause would help to remove it. try to be with your favorite people who makes u happy, makes you laugh. when we are with the company of cheerful people it automatically elevate our mood states. Try to take time out and engage in some hobby like music, dancing, gardening etc. try these things I hope you will feel change. take care
