If its otitismedia with mastoiditis go for operation without waiting for dry ear but if its only drum perforation then wait till ear gets dry.

For chronic otitis media, in homeo there r good remedies; but depends on nature/colour/severity of disharge, whether pain too present etc. If want to try medication, symptoms should be in clear way.
