What is the best way to lose fat around the belly? My total weight is 72 kg, which is a very good weight compared to how tall I am (180 cm), but I have a little extra weight around the stomach. I want to lose that so I can start building a six-pack! Everyone suggested me that I shouldn't start building a six-pack if I have some extra weight around the belly, because it will harden the process of loosing that fat in the future due to my abdomen muscles and my six-pack won't be noticeable. Internet is full of diets, but I prefer to consult a doctor for it! What do you suggest? Thank you!

For losing belly fat, quit alcohol & smoking, practice kapalbhati daily, do push ups, have small frequent & well balanced meals, take stairs instead of lift, walk/cycle instead of hiring transport, avoid siting continuously for an hr
