My height is 6 feet 2 inches, age 18 and weight is 90. I started cardio from last 2 weeks and reduced about 2 kgs. What should my ideal weight? What diet should I take in college time? What else exercises are there to reduce weight fastly?

your weight should be around 82 kgs..Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water..If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon...Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach....Do this daily for at least three months...
