hello ya it is true information. drinking water after meal make food to float over water in stomach. it dilutes the acid in stomach and thereby delay as well as hamper quality of digestion. also it is one of the reason for weight gain suddenly.

Hello first of all you weight is high it should be between 58 to 65 kgs. Secondaly your question. Ayurveda tell that you should drink water after 1 to 2 hours after food.
