While workout my left hand shoulder pains alot I do not why nd it only pains when I work for my shoulders. What should I do please suggest me sumthng as soon as possible I belong from mumbai. It pains badly when I do my workout nd it only pains while my workout.

Hot fomentation. Gentle shoulder stretching. Core strengthening exercises. Gentle neck exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Use cervical pillow.
