Hi 1. It is good you realised that fast food / junk food creates problems. 2. Avoid company of friends / relatives who force you to have fast food. 3. Keep lots of apples - bananas - guavas etc with you. Whenever you feel hungry have it. 4. Instead of Colas, you can take lassi or lime soda 5. Do exercise regularly. 6.
