You need to gain weight & enhance your immunity. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods high in nutrient & calorie density but low in volume. Ex: Paneer paratha, mango milkshake, banana kheer, dates-almond ladoo, til chikki, badam chikki, cheese omlette, bread with jam/peanut butter, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, soyabean cutlets, chicken roll, fatty fish fingers, malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, cream of mushroom soup, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. 3 Have lots of fruits & vegetables in form of juice, puree, chutney, incorporated within dishes. 4.
