Hello few days back my endocrinologist told me that I'm having hyperinsulinemia, being a vegetarian and that too south Indian it's hard to maintain dishes without carbohydrate so I request you to suggest any good vegetarian meal plan as a diet to control my insulin serum level. Thanks.

Hello, Hyperinsulism ,means amount of Insuline is higher than the required limit which may cause hypoglycemia, You may continue diet high in carbo hydrates to check blood sugar level to come down. Go for meditation,to reduce stress and to monitor beta cells of pancreas to regulate production of Insuline to maintain blood glucose level. Tk,plenty if water to hydrate your body & regulate metabolism to absorb proteine,minirals, vitamins ,fatty acid to nourish your body against Hyperinsulism. Your meal should be high in Carbo hydrates ,protein.Rice, idli,Sugar preparation. Tk,apples, carrots,ripened mangoes,banana,grapes,papaya, coconuts,almonds,walnuts, milk with sugar.juice,milkshake, Tk homoe medicine: @ Alfalfa Q -10 drops,thrice a day. @Five phos 6x-4 tbs,thrice a day. ensure sound sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night.
